  1. Create a Service Request

    If you wish to create one or more service requests for one or more patients, follow these steps :

    1. Go to Service Request II window.

    2. Select New Record. You can enter the Patient Encounter in Search panel and then create on New Record to automatically load the patient data.

    3. Now enter the request data:

    a. Patient Encounter

    b. Requesting Physician

    c. Service

    d. Order Type

    e. Date

    You can add multiple Services at once, this will allow you to create multiple requests at once.

    Now, in Service detail you can add their Quantity, Priority, Service Station, Presumptive Diagnosis, Indications, Motive and here you can remove these services if you require.


    4. Now click on Save.

    You will now see that the requests were generated successfully :

    If you wish to confirm them, go back to the Services search menu and select any of the created requests :

    Click on Confirm:

    Orders will appear on Service Orders window for their completion by their corresponding service stations.

  2. Print Service Orders Report

    Once you have created the request, you can print this report :

    You will see a preview of this report, you can download it or print it:

Cancel Service Request

If you wish to cancel a request, click on the bin icon to delete it :

Enter Date and Cancellation Motive and Confirm :
