1. Install the latest java for Windows version available. *Java 8 +
2. Add our app.getcirrus.com URL to the Java Security Control Panel :
3. Now, in Printers window, make sure that you have configured the tickets printer with the same name as it is configured on Windows.
4. Install Java Web Start.This app will be used to drag the file downloaded from Cirrus and will send it to your tickets printer.
5. Click on the downloaded file (*.jnlp) and print it.
Settings needed :
Install the Open Web Start app. This app is the replacement of Java Web Start and will not require you to uninstall anything.
Update Java version (JVM).
Add on Java control panel the ecaresoft URL to their exception list.

Search for Configure Java or Configurar Java on the System
In the General Tab, You can go to the Temporary Internet Files and Choose two options, Settings… or View…
If you go to the Settings option you should see this window, press Delete Files…
Select all 3 options and press OK
If you go to the View… option, you should see all the Applications installed and on Cache, you can manually erase the ones you want.

A Java security prompt asks for confirmation before allowing Java content to run in the browser.

To try again, restart your computer so that the changes you made take effect after installation. Then try with a new exercise.
Another possible solution to printing errors is to enter the Java Control Panel and select Restore Security Prompts :
The "Do you want to run this application?" message will appear again (at print time) , then select the Do not show this again... check box and click Run:
