Export Cirrus patients to Nimbo

Some Cirrus patients are not currently synced with Nimbo even when their hospital uses both tools for their processes. In order to view all of those patients that are not appearing on Nimbo and to export them manually or in batch, we have implemented the Patient Exportation window. See our step by step below.

  1. Go to Patient Exportation window.

  2. Now apply search parameters : a) Patient name , b ) Exported status , c) Date range. In Patient Exported status you will be able to filter between exported, not yet exported or see them all.

  3. Now click on Search.

  4. You will see the list of patients and their status (Yes, No). Those that were not yet created on Nimbo will not have a Nimbo ID assigned. You can export them manually on Export column or set the number of records to export and then click on Export Records to create them on Nimbo.

After completing this process, you will see a confirmation message :
