There is a quick way to configurate one or multiple pharmacist users, available only for IT admins and ECS Staff. This window was developed to accelerate and simplify the creation of specific types of users and will not replace the Pharmacy staff screen from User dashboard. See this step by step below.
First, you should have the the role needed for this configuration. In homepage you will see the list of configurators, here click on Pharmacist wizard:
1. Now you will be taken to this configurator viewer. First, you must select a Role assigned for the user from this client and organization. Click on Next.
2. You will see the Working Shifts configuration, if there's any listed below, you will not need to create a new one. If it's blank , fill this data, then select Add and click on Next :
3. Now, you can finally add pharmacist users by entering their data in Pharmacist section.
4. Click add.
You can repeat steps 3 and 4 to add multiple users.
5. Click Next,
6. Now, to create these users, click on Start.
You will see a confirmation message with data for the created user or users :
