We have made a few enhancements in both patient admission windows : Patient Registration and Quick Patient Registration. These changes were perfomed in order to improve the use of both windows and to reduce any data errors made by users during patient admission. See more details below.
Patient Registration
In Patient Registration screen, we have performed the following changes:
DOB (Date of Birth) field will now appear as blank as default, replacing the current date. This to prevent users from skipping this step and adding wrong date of birth for patients.
Cell phone will now be mandatory for Saudi Arabia clients.*
Nationality will appear as blank instead of American.

Quick Patient Registration
In Quick Patient Registration window, we have performed the following adjustments (same as in Patient Registration ) :

In order to make cell phone field mandatory during admission of patients, ECS Staff users must check the Cell Phone is Mandatory field for Saudi Arabia in Country, Region and City (Internationalization tab) :
This window is for ECS Staff only.

Patient Registration Phone Reordering

Now, during patient registration, you will be able to enter the patient's cell phone where home phone used to be. This will allow users to enter first their mandatory and most relevant fields first.
With this enhancement, we will simplify and improve the interaction between Cirrus and Nimbo for patients by complying with mandatory fields also on Nimbo.
On Patient Registration window, we switched both Cell Phone and Home Phone :
Cell Phone is now mandatory by country configuration.
Home Phone will no longer be mandatory.
The same will apply for Quick Patient Registration window, where we have switched both Cell Phone and Primary Phone fields :
Patient Registration Mandatory Phone Logic

In order to give cell phone priority as the mandatory type of phone, we have now improved the configuration logic for both Cell Phone and Home Phone when setting up these configurations (only ECS Staff, by country requirement) :
If any country requires cell phone as mandatory, we must check the Cell Phone is Mandatory field :
This will automatically make home phone non-mandatory, being replaced by cell phone in the following screens :
Patient Registration
Cell phone will replace Home phone as mandatory.
Quick Patient Registration
Cell phone will replace Home phone as mandatory.
If any country does not have this configuration, then Home Phone will stay as the mandatory and Cell Phone as non-mandatory :
