You can easily and quickly give access to roles to any user from User Role Access Wizard. This window is accessible only to ECS Staff and IT Admins with role giving permissions. See how this works below:

If your user has access to configurators, go to User Role Access Wizard (in Cirrus homepage) :

1. First, enter username to which you will assign a new role.

2. Enter role.

3. Confirm (accept icon).

4. Click Next.

5. Click on Start to complete the process.

Role will be assigned to this user.
