Multibilling window has now several added filters that will allow users to search for encounters by a combo of parameters applied. In the past, this window only featured a Search option that was contemplating patient (or encounter) data only. Now, with our added filters, you can filter more information and find encounters more easily. See how:
The Search bar is still available but it does work for patient data search only. Once you apply the filter button, this bar will be locked from search so you can add this same data on Patient field.
Now, we have added a Filter button, click on it to expand these filters :
2. You will see our new parameters, combine as many as you need :
a. Patient.
b. Doctor.
c. Status.
Admission, Discharge, Pre Admission or Pre Discharge. Leave it blank to include all.
d. Patient Type.
Day Case, Emergency, Hospitalization, Outpatient. and more.
e. Admission Date range.
f. Closed visit.
All, Yes, No.
g. Specialty.
h. Discharge Date. If applies.
3. Click on Search to apply these filters :
