Now, when assigning a policy to any patient in Insurance Information screen (Insurance Information tab from Patient Registration) users will be able to see their expiration color status. This status color information will give more details about their expiration and let users update policies or select those that are not close to expire, if applies.
The new added colors and their status are the following :
Red for expired policies. Invalid policies.*
Yellow for policies that are about to expire.
Those policies that are not expired and will not expire soon will still appear in their current color.
*In the upcoming weeks, policies in red color will not be able to be assigned to any patient since they already expired. Now users must be familiar with them first in order to find out why they appear as red.
Upcoming Release :
In the future, users will not be able to assign any expired policies.
