1. What you need to know

1. You can select the following filters:

  • Date range* (93 days as max.)

  • Invoiced: Yes / No

  • Posted: Yes / No

  • Patient: Capture the name of the patient)

  • Doctor: Capture the name of the physician (or type 4 spaces to select the physician from a combo box)

  • Type of Document: Invoice AR, Credit Note, Debit Note and Remission Note.

  • Client: Capture the name of the client (or type 4 spaces to select the client from a combo box)

2. You can move through the search results using the paging links.

3. The system will display the following information:

Encounter

Note Remision Date

Note Remision Number

Invoice Number

Invoice Date

Group of Clients

Client Key

Customer

Patient

TAX ID

Doctor

Reference Doctor

Product Key

Product

Invoiced Amount

UOM

Product Category

Price

Discount

Selling Price

Cost

Total Cost

Revenue Margin

Sub Total

Tax Commission %

Total

Charge Service Unit

Status

Type of Document

4. You can export the retrieved information in the following formats: PDF, XLS, CSV and PNG (image).

2. The benefits

To search and view all invoiced and unbilled revenue records using specific filters.

3. Start report

1. Open the window "Invoiced and Unbilled Revenue Report".

2. Select the dates range (*mandatory) and the filters you wish to apply.

3. Click on the Search icon to start the process.

4. You can visualize the retrieved information with the selected filters in the Search results section.

*You can move through the search results by using the paging links.

After finishing the aforementioned steps.

You'll have generated the invoiced and unbilled revenue report.
