Cirrus also allows users to view and download their organization's Balance Sheet, which is the most important financial document for any organization. In addition, with its graphs you will be able to more easily review each of the amounts for Assets, Liabilities and Capital of the hospital up to the selected date.
To download your hospital's Balance Sheet report, follow these steps:
Enter the Balance Sheet window
Select the search parameters:
Until (Maximum date to include in the Balance Sheet). Mandatory.
Select Print level 3 if you want the detailed Balance Sheet (Allows you to include the breakdown of the accounting accounts of the third level in the printed report).
Graph (Allows you to view the graph of Assets, Liabilities and Capital, it cannot be selected until you have completed the search in step 3).
3. Select search.
Once Cirrus has completed the accounting and calculated the amounts in all ledger accounts involved up to the selected day, the balance of the accounts will be displayed in the Assets, Liabilities and Equity sections. You can view the balance graphs or any of the selected sections by clicking on the Graph button.
4. To download this report, click the Print button. Then select the download parameters (format, orientation, size).
The printed Balance Sheet report will look like this example, breaking down the ledger accounts for Assets, Liabilities, Equity, and Total Liabilities + Equity as well as the amounts and totals for each account and section.
This report shows the level 2 accounts involved (eg 11 - Current Assets). If you select the Print level 3 check in the search, all third level accounts will be displayed within each second level account (eg 111 - Cash, 112 - Banks, 113 - Customers, which belong to 11 - Current Assets) .
