In the Trial Balance window, you can generate the report of the same name that will allow you to view the summary of the initial balance, debit, credit and final balance for each of the accounting accounts (in the four accounting levels) during the selected period of the year. .
To get it, follow these steps:
Go to the Trial Balance window
Select the search panel parameters : if it is during a date range, select By date and then set the date range, if it is for a period select Year and Period of this year. Select Only accounts with balance to include only those with a current balance, select Parent Account to include these accounts as categories.
Select search.
4. The results will be displayed below, you can expand any of the accounts to enter their sub-accounts. Select the print button to generate the file of this report and download it.
