Our Pending Order Authorization window for Nphies approval will now include several features that will improve the management of pending documents. See all of those enhancements here and their impact :
Display only encounters with services/meds
Now, when you enter Pending Order Authorization window, search results will only display those encounters that have services or medication orders and will discard those empty encounters, thus improving this process by only showing relevant results.
Document action button available only when status is empty or pending.
Document action button for products will only appear when their status is still blank or Pending. Since this action button allows to enter their approval status, it is no longer needed once their status changes.
3. Apollo status will update when Nphies Status changes (only if it's empty or preauth)
Also, when Apollo status is either empty or during Pre-Authorization, it will change after receiving a response from Nphies :
