Previously, in order to configure APIs for any of our clients, it was necessary to make a request to the Development area. This could cause delays in implementations that required integrations with other solutions, for example; with Nimbo.
For this, an improvement to the Client/Organization window was designed that will allow Customer Success and Customer Care users to make the configurations they consider necessary for integrations with APIs once the client requests it.
The currently existing APIs are for the following tools:
Nimbo
Niffler (Price Lists)
Apollo (Insurance Policy Manager)
Quiron ( Medispan)
All current and future API connections will be displayed in the API's Configuration section of this window. To configure any of them, follow these steps:
Go to Client/Organization.
In Client tab, which is the first one, go to API's Configuration section. Here you must check the API integration you want to set.
Save changes.
With this, the connection between Cirrus and other tools will be performed. To disconnect Cirrus from any API, uncheck the box and save your changes.
