We have improved the usability of the Organization, Profile and Service unit selection window by allowing users to change their selection of any of these fields without having to log out of their current session or re-enter Cirrus for that information to update.
This improvement will significantly impact those users with multiple profiles or organizations within the same company, since they will now have great savings in time, when previously they spent minutes during their multiple logins, seeking to provide a more linear workflow between windows.
To access this window, click on the Change Organization/Profile option from the drop-down menu next to the username (home screen):
Once you have selected another organization, another profile or another service unit from those you have access, click Accept. Cirrus will automatically update this info.

ECS Staff users were currently allowed to switch both Profiles and Service Units only, now they can also switch their Organization.
Customer users were not allowed in the past to change any of those fields, now they can switch all of the three options from above.
