Now, physicians and nurses will see an alert for missing weight and height on dashboards where patient encounter tab appears (Physician Dashboard, Nurse Dashboard, Encounter Dashboard). This in order to let them know that this information was not filled yet on Vital Signs History option.

This alert will be very crucial when they try to prescribe High Risk meds and they do not know the patient weight and height, thus prescribing safe doses for this patient.

This alert will appear on Weight/Height section of the encounter header :

And it will be replaced once users fill this information :

Now, when trying to prescribe medications before adding Weight/Height data for your patient you will a Severity major icon next to the prescription. Hover the mouse over this icon to see more details. Here you will see the following message (Weight and Height were not added for this patient) :

And if you want to continue prescribing this medication, you wil be able to click Save but a Confirmation window will appear where you must enter Comments in order to continue :
