Cirrus will now have a special configuration for making diagnostics selection mandatory for any of the following order options :
Medications Only
Medications + Services
Services Only
This configuration can be performed in Configuration of Medical Record screen (request via ticket or chat if needed) in the Mandate Diagnosis in Order option* :
*If your organization does not require this then it must be set as blank.
In our example, we selected both Medication & Services settings in order to make diagnostics field mandatory and error message will look as follows :
Medication Orders
If your patient does not have any diagnostic, you will see the following error ( This field may not be empty or contain only spaces ) when trying to save your changes in the prescription windows:
Also in Discharge Medications :
To proceed, you will need to add diagnostic in Diagnoses History option from Physician and Nurse Dashboard and repeat the prescribing process, then selecting this diagnostic from the list :
Service Orders
If your patient does not have any diagnostic and you try to generate a service order, you will see the following error ( This field may not be empty or contain only spaces ) when trying to save your changes in the service order windows:
