Only for ECS Staff
Now, staff type users will be able to check the encounter ID for patients charges extension IDs in the Electronic Patient Record when needed.
This without having to search for these IDs in Multibilling extensions since when said search is carried out in production client environments, Cirrus recalculates available amounts in extension 0, thus affecting client billing processes.
To perform this search, go to Electronic Patient Record, search for an encounter of your patient and select the General Information tab. At the end of this section the extensions and their status will be visible. Click on any of these extensions to check the IDs.
A pop-up window will open showing creation and update information. At the end you will see the extension IDs:
