Menu Tree Maintenance Options

  • Tree Default Display

Left Tree

  • ⚠ Display the System TI tree* only

  • Allows drag and drop option into a new position in the tree

  • Context menu is disabled

Buttons

(+) Overrides drag & drop functionality

( - ) Removes the selected node

Right tree

  • Display all existing options in the main menu

  • Allows drag and drop option into the new tree

  • Does not require existing and active role access for each Window, Form, Report & Process

  • Tree Selection

Left Tree

  • Display the options for selected tree

  • Allows drag and drop option into a new position in the tree

Buttons

(+) Overrides drag & drop functionality

( - ) Removes the selected node

Trashcan Removes all nodes in the selected tree.

Right tree

  • ⚠ Display the options for System TI tree*

  • Allows drag and drop option into the new tree

  • Requires existing and active role access for each Window, Form, Report & Process

  • Tree - Right Click

Left Tree

Context menu:

Magnifier

  • Opens Tree Window (only for superuser)

  • Opens a popup with the name and description of the tree (cirrus users)

New Opens a popup to create a new tree

Refresh Reload the search combo

Copy Opens a popup to create a new tree, with the same nodes as the selected

Create tree popup

  • Creates a new menu tree

  • View and edit a menu tree

Removing all nodes

Hermes - translation

Labels from Menu Tree Maintenance must have a Hermes translation for every language :

Tree window

This options displays all existing trees, including accounting.

Verify tree button:

  • Review all the nodes of a tree:

    • Removes the non existing nodes

    • Add missing nodes (for some trees)
