In order to improve the usability of the current Charges Report, we decided to create it from scratch in another window called Charges Report, where you can now see the following benefits when printing or downloading this report :
Quicker data search processing and report downloading processes.
Improved window architecture that will allow us in the future to add more details to this report : new columns and search filters.
Enhanced user experience by allowing them to run this process in just a few seconds.
To get our latest Charges report, follow these steps :
Go to Charges Report and select the option called like that. Do not select Charges Report (Old), that during the transition to the new version will still appear on search :
Enter search parameters (cost center, patient type, patient name, type of charges, doctor, etc).
Click on Search.
After Cirrus completes the search, you will see how totals and search results are filled with the results that meet this criteria. Now click on printer icon to download and select your download parameters (format, font size).
The report will now be generated faster than it used to and it will look as follows (click on image to open expanded version ) :
