Claim Document window will now include a new option for displaying any issues found related to missing encounter information that could stop this claim from being accepted by the NPHIES given response.
This option will appear in attached details context menu, which are those remissions that are to be attached to this claim and sent to Nphies.
To check if any of these encounter remissions has any related issues, click on context menu and then select Issues log :
If this encounter does not have any issues, you will see the following message :
Telling you that no issues were found.
Then you can proceed to send the batch to Nphies for their approval.
If, on the other hand, this encounter has any data issues, the Issues log pop-up will appear showing the issues found. See example with all of the possible issues available :
The info that is validated here is the following :
Info | What is validated? |
Diagnostic | The patient has at least one diagnostic |
Attachment | The patient has at least one Nphies document attached |
Nphies pre-authorization | If the patient is IP, Cirrus will check if this patient authorization number field is not empty. |
Doctor Professional Card | Must not be empty |
Patient National ID | Must not be empty |
Insurance info | Insurance info related to the patient |
Prescribed Meds | All meds prescribed must have a correct validity of days (any number of days bigger than 0). |
Insurance Nphies License | Must not be emtpy |
If any of these categories have wrong or missing data, Cirrus will display an error on Issues log and with this we are making sure to communicate users any issues found before they send the batch to Nphies for their approval. Fix this data before completing the Claim Document and go back to Claim Document to send back the batch (context menu and Send Batch to Nphies option).
