In the Patient Encounter Log window you can search and review all patient encounters that have been created for the same patient, allowing you to view their discharge status and the admission date for each patient admission.
To view a patient's list of encounters, follow these steps:
Go to Patient Encounter Log
Search for a patient by their name or MRN
Click on Search
Listed in the results, all patient encounters (historical record) that have been created for the same patient will appear, with the following data:
Service station
MRN
Encounter number
Date of Admission
Status (Admission or Discharge)
The status will allow you to view which patient encounters of this patient have already been registered as discharged in Discharge form.
