Now, the Quotation window includes in the header of the new documents two new fields:
Business Partner
Price List
This is to improve the search for prices of products that will be included in a quote according to the price lists related to the business partners configured in your organization.
This will allow Cirrus to take product prices directly from the price list related to the business partner when this client or insurer manages a price list different from the hospital's base list when entering a business partner in the header of the document.
E.g.:
The price list taken will be the one configured in the Business Partner window and will be automatically loaded into the Quotation window document once a business partner is selected (non-mandatory fields):
Once this is done, both the price list and the currency used in the price list will be automatically loaded, leaving these two fields inread-only mode :
After completing the document header and saving the changes, you will be able to add products to the quotation document. The prices will be automatically taken from the price list if this list includes the products.

However, if you enter a business partner and this business partner does not have a price list configured Cirrus will consider the product prices from the base price list.

In this scenario, if you enter a business partner without price list, Cirrus will not load a price list but will still allow you to save the document.
The prices will then be that of the base price list from Niffler :

Note :
The same case will apply when any business partner has the base price list assigned and they do not have a base price list assigned. Since these fields are not mandatory, filling them up is suggested for business partners that have their own price lists.
If no business partner is entered, Cirrus will take the prices from the base price list on Niffler.
