To maintain strict control of patient records and proper information management, this window is recommended for staff only. Request patient merge via ticket or chat when needed.


When any patient has a duplicated clinical record, you can merge these two duplicated clinical records (by merging one into the second one from search) and then only keeping one single patient record.

To merge patient records, follow these steps :

  1. Go to Patient Merge.

  2. Click on New Record.

3. In the left column, enter the patient record that will be merged into the second one. In the right column, enter the record that will be kept.

4. Click on Save and confirm.

The patient records will be successfully merged.

If you make an error, this process can be undone by selecting the record in the history of the Patient Merge window and clicking on the context menu, then select Undone.


To continue, click Yes :

Notes :

  • Patients must not have active patient accounts in order to unify records.
