Previously, the Print Check window was executed as a process where users had to select the check from the payment selection list and then had to run this process to generate the file that must be downloaded in either PDF or txt.
Now, to simplify and improve the usability of this window, we replaced the previous interface with a search form one where users will be able to enter the search parameters they require and select the check to be printed from the list of results, thus simplifying the generation of this check file.

To enter this window, go to Print Check.
The new version of this window will include a search panel where users will be able to apply any of the following search parameters :
Bank Account
Amount
Document Date range
Description
Enter those you may require to apply.
Click on Search.
Checks that meet the parameters will be displayed in the search results. Data for the document date, bank account, amount and description of the payments will be displayed here. Select one to enter.
Once in the check document, select in the upper right corner if you want to Print (the preview of the PDF to download will open) or Export (as .txt) this document.
