Claim Document records with error messages from Nphies will now include, in addition to their Error status, more details that will allow users keep track of the response given by Nphies. This will simplify the track of the attached encounters with errors and to fix their details in order to change their approval status.

Here is more information about the new features for managing encounter errors.

First, we added a new context menu option for every attached encounter called Nphies errors :

This option will display the error messages for those encounters with errors (once sent the batch to Nphies) :

And it will look as follows, where you may see the Patient Encounter information, the Sequence Number and the Code columns and the error message in the Reason column :

The status of those encounters with errors will also include the Error status in cases where Nphies has detected errors :
