Service Orders window has a Patient Encounter search filter that allows to search for service orders by the patient encounter. However, the date format shown here was dd/MM/YYYY instead of the current MM/dd/YYYY used in Middle East. This was causing confusion on users so we fixed it and from now on, every Patient Encounter listed on results will include the correct format for our Middle East customers (MM/dd/YYYY).
