In the Diagnosis History option, you can check the account to which the Diagnosis belongs.
In the Options function
By clicking on the options.
Choose Diagnostics.
In the window, you will be able to identify the account to which each diagnosis belongs.
You can also identify it in the Electronic Medical Record.
