In Outpatient Pharmacy Dashboard, we added two new columns that will allow pharmacists see relevant patient information related with previously dispensed medications:
Last dispensed at. Last time (date) the medication was dispensed.
Last dispensed. Amount dispensed during last intake.
These two new columns will allow you to see Encounter information where you will be able to track the dispensed medications for a certain patient and visualize this information before prescribing a new dose.
Some medications have dosing restrictions during a certain period of time and overdosing a patient may cause damage. By tracking this information you will be verifying that your outpatient is not being overdosed.
