You can generate an automatic charge according to the type of appointment in the patient encounter.
You can attach documents by clicking on the "clip" icon.
At the end of the outpatient consultation you can print out the reports of the appointment summary, prescription, laboratory studies, imaging or medical procedures and referrals to a specialist or hospital.
2. The benefits
You have access to a unique window to manage the consultations of 1st and 2nd, and the administration of the patient health record of each medical consultation carried out in the hospital.
You can check the electronic health record.
You can print out the outpatient prescription with a copy.
You can block off specific time slots for attending a congress, course, personal time-off, office hours, etc.
3. Start outpatient consultation
Start the consultation by clicking on the patient's scheduled appointment.
Select the option "Start process".
When you carry out the consultation with the patient, fill out the information in the following sections:
Section - Clinical history.
Section - Vital signs
Section - Assessment and planning
Section - Summary, close and printing of the reports
Once your consultation visit has finished, click on Close Visit and print the patient's recipe (automatically generated):
After finishing the aforementioned steps.
You'll have completed the outpatient consultation.
