Pharmacy Dashboard will now feature a new tab for medications that were dispensed in the past. This will allow you to keep track of the amounts, dates and hours of the delivery of drugs for inpatients.
To see this new tab, go to Pharmacy Dashboard where you already must select a Date range tab to view all of the Medication Orders.
Here you will be able to see the past deliveries (Past Medications) on the first tab:
We also added a new tooltip on the left corner that will show you the date range applied that filters all of the listed medications. These date range values can be modified by the IT Administrator of your hospital or by our Customer Success team under request.
The date range can be set as follows:
- 1 : To show every past dispensed medication
0 : To hide these results
>0 : Any number higher than zero represents the past hours that you would like to see listed.
To change the date range for past medications, enter Configuration of Medical Record, then the Configuration of Medical Record tab and in section 1.3 you will be able to see the Past hours allowed for doses in Pharmacy box.
Here you can set the hours by applying any of the three different methods shown above.
