You can now generate a report for dispensed prescriptions in Outpatient Pharmacy, allowing you to keep track of all your pending drugs and their amounts.
Here we will show you how to generate this report according to your requirements:
Go to Outpatient Pharmacy, click context menu and select Dispensed Prescripcions Report:
Search Panel will include relevant information that will filter your results, allowing you to generate a file with this information later.

These search filters are:
A. Warehouse
B. Service Unit
C. Pharmacy
D. Prescriber - Physician who prescribed
E. Dispensed filter - Apply to filter between dispensed and pending from being dispensed medications
F. Date Range
G. Drug Classification - Category
None of these filters is mandatory so you can combine these parameters and apply them to your results.
Click search icon to apply parameters and see your results :
Partially dispensed medications will show the currently dispensed amount in Dispensed Amount column.
If you leave the Dispensed filter blank it will only show those requests that were not dispensed yet:
You can also export this report by clicking on the Print option, select your parameters and confirm:
