There is a Product Maintenance feature called Average Lead Time, that shows the average delivery time of products for any specific warehouse but it had to be set manually according to what each warehouse was calculating manually and off-system.

Now, we have improved this feature by making this calculation according to the purchase history of each product.

This is how this automatic process works:

The usual way to calculate this process was by setting it manually so the current Average Lead Time will be zero unless it's modified by the user:

Now you can let Cirrus calculate the Lead Time of any product by selecting the Recalculate Lead Time checkbox whenever you create a new Automatic Product Replenish order for this product:

Once you have created the automatic order, remember to complete this process by selecting it on Requisition window and creating a Purchase Order (that must be completed as well and received by warehouse) :

If you have created several orders for one single product for any specific warehouse, Cirrus will consider this historic data for every requisition order by calculating the days passed from the day the were order til the date they were received.

Here is an example of warehouse movements for an specific product ( not visible on Cirrus) :

All of this data will reflect on Average Lead Time field (Storage/Replenish) tab:

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
