Now when you are creating a discharge medication (as a Nurse or Physician) you have the following new fields:

And now when you finish and click on the save button a pharmacist can enter the "Outpatient pharmacy Dashboard" and the discharge medication is display in the "Today" tab to confirm and dispense all the medications.
