As part of the KSA plans to transition in 2023 to a full digital invoicing system, we implemented new adjustments to our invoicing system where you can now generate an electronic invoice as well as related documents, such as credit and debit notes and allow users to export them to a local or external file.

Our e-invoices now include features, such as:

QR code with relevant invoice information, Titles in both English and Arabic, VAT number of the buyer.

Phase 1 of e-invoicing transition, also known as the Generation phase, will require taxpayers to generate and store compliant tax invoices and notes using compliant electronic systems.

The fields below are the minimum required during this phase one:

  • Seller's name

  • VAT registration number of the seller

  • Time stamp of the Electronic Invoice or Credit/Debit note

  • Electronic invoice or Credit/Debit Note total (with VAT)

  • VAT total

There are two versions of our e-invoices that you can download from our platform:

In order to generate an electronic invoice, first you must go to our Multibilling platform, enter your patient's encounter and move your charges below to your bill:

Now, on Deductible and discounts window click on Copy policy discounts and validate your deductible information.

In your Encounter Dashboard you'll be able to apply these charges and validate them. Click on Encounter charges to find this feature.

To print and collect your invoice, now go to Cashier collections. Just click on your the list button to the top right of your screen and select the Print invoice option.

To download your e-invoice, now go back to the Multibilling portal and choose the extension that has already been billed, then download your files from the Menu option in the upper right corner.

2022 Update: From January 10th all invoice screens will be downloading the e-invoice formats instead of first creating the printable old version and then creating the e-invoice for downloading.

This will apply for all the following options and screens:

  • Invoice Consolidated Print

  • Global Bill Format

  • Multibilling screen

  • Customer Invoice Print

  • Reprint Invoice

In order to view the current e-invoice version, your organization must have checked the Use Tax Invoice Format, available on Improvement Settings window, Invoicing module section.

If current electronic invoice is not showing, please request this configuration via ticket or chat.
