We have implemented a new functionality that allows you to record audio while reviewing the EHR of your patient encounter, allowing you to comment or dictate more details related to the clinical history of your patient's clinical history and then save your audio on Cirrus or download it.

To complete this process, follow the next steps:

1) Go to Worklist (Available for Physicians)

2) Click on the context menu (right of your screen) and select Audio recording.

3) Type your Patient Encounter and click on Start recording.

Your screen will continue enabled for navigating through Cirrus, when you're done reviewing your patient's EHR, click on Stop recording and wait a few seconds until it's processed.

Now click on Save to save your file on Cirrus platform. If you would prefer to download it, click on the three dots to the right of your audio file and pick Download.

We are passionate about improving your Cirrus experience. We appreciate you sharing this information with your team and ask us for help if they need it.

Updates:

Pause and Resume recording of voice notes

May 9th, 2022.

While recording voice notes, you will now be able to pause their recording and resume them, preventing you from stopping your audios recording during EHR revisions by adding two new buttons for pause and play:

If you want to finish the recording after pausing it, click stop to generate the voice note file.

Note: Voice notes time limits were increased, going from 10 MB to 2GB, allowing you to save audios for up to 2 hours.

This enhancement will also allow you to pause your recording when you consider that you will not be taking relevant notes and don't want to include any remarks in a while.
