1. What you need to know
1. Once the requisition has been completed and ready for approval, the document will keep the "In progress" status until it is authorized.
2. Users with "Buyer" role will authorize the requisition from the windows: "Requisitions" or "Requisition pending for approval".
3. To request a service, miscellaneous charges module must be configured.
4. Requisitions can be deleted, only with a status different to "Complete".
5. Lines of the requisition can be aligned, only with "Draft" status.
6. Requisition window allows you to view in search requisitions created by other users but does not allow you to edit them or generate purchase orders, this in order to allow other users to download and print the requisition report. See more at the end of this article.
2. The benefits
- To have control and keep track of the requested items submitted by the personnel.
- To be able to request an item or product that has not been registered in the system.
3. Start requisition
Open the Requisition window and follow the next steps:
i. Click on New Record
ii. Fill the Header with Date, Priority, Warehouse information and click on Save.
iii. Click the add button (to add a product to your requisition).
Now fill the product information and click Save.
iv. Now click on Document Action (top menu).
Here, please select Complete and Confirm:
v. To complete this process, click on context menu, to the right of your requisition and click Purchase Order. This will generate a Purchase order that must be confirmed by Buyers.
They will be able to add supplier and confirm the purchase order in Purchase window:

View in search menu requisitions created by other users

As of today, users of the Requisition window will be able to view requisitions created by other users (with any status) in the search of this window, but they will not be able to edit or access them. These changes were made in order to allow any buyer user downloading the requisition report for any document generated but without interrupting the processes of other users.
If you enter the Requisition window, all those requisitions that meet the search criteria will be displayed and not only those generated by the requesting user. If you click on the context menu of a requisition requested by another user, the editing options will be locked and you will not be able to access the document, but you will be able to download the report:
In order to view only those requisitions requested by the user logged in to Cirrus, enter your name or username in any of the Requester or Buyer fields (if you have a buyer user) and click on the search. The editing actions of the document can be executed according to its status and it can also be accessed:
