We added some new features on Insurance Policy Manager, this to improve your policy management processes and allowing you to search for coverages or to edit them more easily.
To find these new features, go to Insurance Policy Manager choose a Company, find a Policy and click on context menu to the right of a benefit.
Coverage search:
Click Edit and you will find the values of such benefit, below coverages you will find a search bar:
Here you will be able to search for a coverage by their description or their ICD-10 code (not group nor type).
Diagnostics enhancement:
Click on Diagnostics:
Here you will be able to add or edit Diagnostics, to find them enter their name or code (not group nor type) and select it from the list of results:
Double click on it, and a new confirmation window will appear, to follow this process click on Accept:
Here you can exclude Diagnostics or validate the pre-authorization step for them:
If you exclude the head or a member of a code of diagnoses (example: 50, 50.1, 50.2), the whole family will be excluded from the coverage, thus you can save, preventing you from excluding them one by one:
To include just one diagnostic of the family of such branch, you can select Needs Pre-Authorization:
