We made some adjustments to lock supply warehouses from results according to the user's role. This to enhance their search process, to decrease the errors while placing orders and to increase the processes safety within the hospital.

To apply these changes please go to Warehouse locator to edit the ordering warehouse permissions. Here you can select or create one:

Now go to Product Category and enter a Product Category for that warehouse.

Click Save.

Now go to Role and select Product Category by Role.

Here you can link this role with the Product Category you assigned earlier to the Warehouse:

When users from this warehouse try to reorder from another warehouse on Request of products the will only see their assigned warehouses.

Every different kind of role might have a limited number of warehouses set to their product category but this doesn't limit them to create new requests from only those warehouses. To request from a new warehouse they will need to search according to their code and not by looking for it on the reorder filtered warehouses.

Note: Remember that if you need to perform some adjustments on some categories of products, you will require to enter the Product Category window and edit products from a product category by adding or deleting them from it.
