Outpatient Pharmacy used to have an option that allowed you to go to a window for Apollo coverages approval that is not longer used during Apollo policies limit approval. This function was Insurance Charge Manager and is no longer required or used for policies approval. For this reason, it will no longer appear here, improving your navigation and preventing new users from trying to access this window.

Note: Please consider that every Apollo approval process is now directly linked to the approval threshold set for insurance companies and every charge/request will be automatically approved or rejected by Apollo and those charges that appear as pending must be sent to their NPHIES approval through Pending Order Authorization window so Insurance Charge Manager module is no longer required for this whole process.
