Follow the next steps to complete a product return without a previous product request or linked order:

1. Open the Return of product window.

2. Click on New record.

3. Select the warehouse of where the items must be returned. (A)

4. Enter the information of the product(s) to be returned. (B)

5. Press the "Enter" key or click on "Save".

6. The system will show the information in the lower section. (C)

7. Click on the Gear icon.

You'll see the message: Do you want to make the process of product returns and cancellation charges at this time?

Select "Yes" to complete the process.

The end.

Alert!

The area or warehouse of where the items were returned must confirm the reception in the system.

You can verify the stock current units in the system using the following reports and views:

Information of the product.

Current Stock.

Kardex Report.

Option 1. After the confirmation is submitted, the system open the window to generate the report.

Select Yes to print the report. Click on the Print button.

Option 2. From the contextual menu, select the option View report.
