You can now generate an appointment report by applying filters according to your requirements. This report will help you retrieve information related to every patient visit and their associated hospital processes, summarizing these details onto a new report by columns and editable filters.
To perform this report generation, go to Detailed Appointment Report* and set filters according to your needs:
*Note: From June 27th 2022, this window will no longer appear as Appointment Report but as Detailed Appointment Report, this to prevent users from entering other reports such as Appointments Report ( in plural, different report).
These filters are now:
Date Range
Status - Current Encounter status
Cancelled, Closed, Confirmed, Executed, In Process, To Be Confirmed
Attending Physician - Name of Physician
Service Unit - Hospital physical unit
Specialty - Area
Once you have entered your required filters, click the search (top right of the window) to generate the preview for this report.
Here is an examples where you can check how these reports will look by applying some filters (Physician, Status, Speciality, Date Range and Service Unit):
Date Range filter
This filter will show only those appointments that occurred during your selected dates.
Status filter
This filter will show appointments according to their confirmation status
Physician filter
You can also check those appointments that correspond with one particular physician.
Service Unit filter
Service units filter will show patients that attended only that hospital service unit.
Specialty Filter
Speciality filter will show patients that were attended by a physian with that speciality.
If you want to export the report to PDF, Excel or CSV, you must click on the printer icon located at the top right of the screen.
