In Outpatient Pharmacy, you can now dispense medications from more than one lot, enabling you to prepare orders by setting lots and their quantities. In addition, system will automatically enlist first all those lots that are not to expire soon. This new feature will improve your warehouse management processes and save you time by adapting our interface to your storage processes.
We will show you below this new feature and how to use it:
Go to Outpatient Pharmacy Dashboard and select any pending order.
2. Choose medication to prepare its delivery:
3. Now click reserve (stock icon) and select medication brand from the list:
4. You can manually set the amounts to be delivered from each lot, you can prepare deliveries for one or multiple lots. Please validate that UOM and amounts are correct and Save.
If you have prepared delivery from more than one lot, Cirrus will automatically create one delivery for each lot. You can select them one or more to continue with the usual process:
