1. What you need to know

  • You can have more privileges other than scheduling appointments, such as capturing information of the patient, and other options.

  • You can manage the schedule of more than one doctor.

  • The stages for creating an appointment are: scheduling, confirmation and time of arrival confirmation. You have the option to specify the last two stages as mandatory.

  • By default the schedule only shows the first four physicians, but for your convenience you can check or uncheck the physicians you want to have their appointments displayed on the schedule.

  • After scheduling the appointment the system will send a reminder email to the patient and to the physician, as long as they have an email address already registered. This event will happen also if there's a change in the appointment schedule.

2. The benefits

  • You can manage the appointments of more than one physician with different medical specialities.

  • You can capture the general information of the patient before the medical consultation, such as vital signs, allergies, family history, etc.

3. Start appointment scheduling

Select the date and time on the calendar and click on it.

Search and select the physician and the speciality, also the patient information: you must search the patient by the name and confirm the fields of date, time, type of service, type of patient, location and reason of consultation. To finalize the appointment save the information.

Select the physician

You can schedule appointments for an unchecked physician of the list, just start booking the appointment and search the physician by name.

You'll see the appointment scheduled with the selected date and time on the calendar.
