SECTION: 1. Search records

Open the window "Internal use inventory".

Search for the internal use inventory record using the filters in the Search panel to define the search criteria: Document number, Dates range, Product or check the Historic checkbox for "Closed" status documents, and press the "Search" icon (magnifier).

System displays the matching records in the 'Search Results' section.

After finishing the aforementioned steps.

2. Export record

You can export an internal use inventory record.

Open the window "Internal use inventory", search for the record to be exported, open the record inline menu and select the option "Export".

The system will open the screen to format the file to export and you will be able to select the following options:

Font size, columns, format, orientation, paper size; click on the *Print" icon (printer) and save the file.

After finishing the aforementioned steps.

You'll have exported the internal use inventory document.

3. Copy record

You can copy an internal use inventory record.

Open the window "Internal use inventory", search for the record to be copied, open the record inline menu and select the option "Copy".

The system will create a new record with the same values of header of the copied record.
