1. Patient admission

1. Open the PrePayment patient account window.

2. Click on the New Record button.

3. Click on the Create patient record icon.

Register a patient.

1. The system will open up the window Patient Admission for entering the required information.

2. Click on Save.

You'll have registered a new patient.

2. Hospital admission

1. Open the window PrePayment patient account, apply filters from the search dashboard and click on the Find the record icon.

2. You will see the results of your search, click on the patient account row inline menu and select the option Hospital admission.

1. The system will open up the Patient encounter window for letting you fill out the form with the remaining data required of the patient.

After finishing filling out the admission form you'll have admitted the patient to the hospital.

3. Adding a package to encounter

1.- Once you have created a PrePayment patient account, you'll be able to add packages by clicking on the menu and selecting the option Packages.

1. Add the desired package and click on the Save icon.

1. You can also add packages after creating a PrePayment patient account; search the patient account using the search dashboard, on the results box click on the patient account row inline menu and select the option Packages.
