What you should know

  1. When you don't have enough to fill a product's total, you can automatically create a BackOrder request for the missing product through the Generate Pending Order function.

  2. * You can select the shelf where the product to be stocked is taken. You must have the configuration of the shelves when you have more than one and have stock on the shelves.

  3. Do you handle products under consignment? You should know that when they are sold or charged to a patient encounter, it is when they go to the list of products to be paid through the function Consumption of products in consignment.

  • The system manages two types of consignment warehouses:

  • Virtual, when you deal and control the products under consignment

  • Non-virtual, when the supplier manages and controls the orders of its products within the hospital. It is necessary that the provider store is configured in Cirrus.

Start request

When you manage only one shelf as product storage, follow the steps described.

  1. Select the order to fill.

  2. Select the Fill with stocks option from the menu. You will see that if you have the total stock, the Quantity Assorted column will be filled in automatically.

3. Choose Fill to complete the request

After following the aforementioned steps

You'll see the message showing "the order was successfully delivered".
