Print ticket

To be able to print the ticket Delivery of requested products, you must have:

* Ticket printer 5cm or 8cm and the printer configuration.

* Java 8+

* Installation of the file PrintQueue.zip (request via ticket or chat)

- Installation instructions

- Download the file PrintQueue.zip

* Follow the next steps to print ticket

1. Open the window Product delivery.

2. Apply filters to search for the request

3. From the relevant product request row, open the record inline menu and select the option Send ticket.

*You can also click on the product request, open the contextual menu on the right top corner of the screen and select Send ticket.

Send ticket from within the request.

1. Open the program *PrintQueue*, click on the tab *File* and select *Check the print queue*, a list of available files to be printed in the session will be displayed, select the document or documents, then open the menu *File* and select *Print*.

Check and Print files.

After following the aforementioned steps

You'll have a ticket printed.

2. View pending requests

You can also check the status of your orders in the *Internal Request Report*.

You can apply more than one filter to search requests and you can also export the results to an Excel file.
