Level Configuration
Products must have both max and min amounts configuration as well as the type of replenish in Charge Master II screen.
Request Stages are:
Request, performed by the user who requires the product request
Fill, performed by the warehouse personnel that receives this request
Confirm, performed by the user that makes this request.
Return, performed by the user or are that receives the products, only if required.
Note : Confirmation might be excluded by selecting the Automatic Confirmation at Product Delivery checkbox (Configuration of Medical Record).

Start supply request
Follow these steps:
Go to Product Order
Enter Search Panel values:
Select your service unit
Select requesting warehouse
Select reorder warehouse (warehouse that receives this order)
Click search
You will now see a list of all of those orders that will be added to the request and their requested amounts (last column) according to their reordering rule.
Click Save.
When this process is completed you must see a message as the one below:
