Now you can also view admitting patient data in Appointment Summary Report, this to enhance the user experience by giving more information about the patient's estiamted days of stay (if applies), their chief complaint and their possible lines of management. Here's more information about this enhancement.
After starting an appointment from Medical schedule window, you can fill in Plan & Evaluation tab the fields for Admitting Encounter, which are:
Estimated Days of Stay (not mandatory and not required for Outpatients, you can enter 0 to give more details)
Chief complaint
Possible lines of management
Save your changes.
Now, this information will appear in Summary Report (new section called Admitting Encounter).
Print or download this report.
The admitting encounter section will display these fields if they were already filled.
Note: Chief complaint was already in Appointment data but now will be included as well in Admitting Encounter section.
Electronic Patient Record
Chief complaint filled by physicians will also appear now in Electronic Patient Record (General Information) :

This information can be filled also by admission personnel (Encounter) and by Physicians during Physician Dashboard orders, also chief complaint is a mandatory field when creating the appointment in Medical Schedule so it will be directly imported from there but you can edit this information in future processes :
