Encounter Header - found in screens such as Encounter Dashboard, Physician Dashboard, Pharmacist Dashboard, Nursing Dashboard, Service Orders, Multibilling, Electronic Patient Record, Abstracting - will now include data for policy expiration dates, allowing users to see how close the encounter policy is from expiring and to act accordingly.

To see this information, you will only need to hover your mouse above the Policy information field (Company), then you will see the expiration date of their policy:

Cirrus was already displaying alerts with different colors (red, orange, yellow) so users were able to see if any policy was expired or not. Now we have improved this process by letting users know the exact date of expiration for these policies on any of the windows were this header appears:

If any policy has expired, we will show, in addition to the red alert, the message Expired : MM/DD/YY :

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.

Date: January 9, 2023.
